Even with the changes Trails doesn’t feel worth the time investment

7 RepliesWhat would make it worth it to you? There is a SBMM option that lets you farm tons of non-adept loot. Adept loot is essentially not any better other than being a trophy and some adept mods are situationally better on some specific weapon types (adept charge time for example). Adepts mean nothing in the game rn and they’re the only thing that is still even a little bit challenging to get in Trials so I’m not sure what’s unrewarding about the mode. The problem with Trials is that some players don’t know how to accept they should take the easier passage, forgo adept loot, and enjoy the base versions of the guns which are just as good. [b]This is a mindset issue, not a game design issue. [/b]

Even with the loot multiplier bug this weekend I’m not playing trials because I don’t really care for the loot nor the adept pulse.

Yup. The big counter to this is ‘play the easy passage and farm loot easier/get more’ What’s rewarding about getting more [i]medicore[/i] loot that you don’t need and won’t use? People act like getting a drop is in and of itself a reward worth getting. When we all know [i]quality is king[/i]. Only positive I saw was the +2 power drops but that only really paid off cause of the double drops going on. So without the doubling, even that’s gone.

3 RepliesAn open ended statement with absolutely no context. As a player that never got any of these armor set / weapons - even getting my -blam!- handed to me is rewarding me with new loot & engrams I can focus. Trials has never been more rewarding for players like me.

Played most of last weekend and got lots of drops and focused but never saw the roll I wanted so I have barely touched it this weekend.
