The Storm's Edge nerf should have only affected PvP and not PvE. This super is not rewarding in PvE and especially in higher content. Trying to use it against groups of enemies or champions can easily get you killed if your not carefull enough.

2 RepliesIt was never worth using in pve. Arguably the worst super in pve.

25 RepliesIt's not a PvE super to begin with. Bungie has this weird way of making Hunter supers that are almost exclusive to PvP. Storm's Edge, Silkstrike, Silence and Squall, Arc Staff, Spectral Blades, they were all created with PvP in mind, because "PvP Class". I get that you may like it, but if you're on pure Arc, you're better off with Gathering Storm, and if you're on Prismatic, Facet of Purpose gives you a very strong reason to run either Goldie, Silkstrike or Tether.

Bungie: …but PVP overrides PVE when a “select” few streamers are complaining about it.

Or even give it a slight vortex effect to get more enemies pulled into the super.
