New Exotic Armor needs to be offered though the vendors
I can't seem to find the right activities to get the new exotic armor to drop speakers' sight or the other 2 exotic chest pieces, I purpose that any new exotic armor be added to the vendor ranks or acquired them though the class vendor of that class vendor as a quest, either way I haven't found out were to try for them to drop. Edit Adding the new exotic armor to ranks would be at guardian or brave ranks not in the heroic or fable or the rest I'm against that.

Rahool is where you can focus all exotics. Reset his rank and you are awarded with an exotic cipher and unlocks a 4th page of focusing where it costs 1 engram and 1 cipher to unlock armour you don't have.

7 Repliesflip Rahools rank once, then go to his last page I just buy what your missing, yes it cost a cipher an a exotic engram, but then it's unlocked if you carry over a boat load of exotic engrams into a new season, just hand them in and you'll flip the rank easy your welcome, Wook

it is hard anchored to pretty significant /timeplayed with rahool at the tower gotta reset him once each season to get to it

1 ReplyThe current system allows you to play literally any activity, get engrams, and progress towards new exotics. Your idea just restricts it to vendor tracks. Hard pass.

Exotic released since Beyond Light or earlier: random drop, Vex Strike Force (special-ish public event on Neomuna), or Rahool. Exotic released after Beyond Light, up to before Final Shape: Vex Strike Force or Rahool Exotic released on or after Final Shape: Rahool only. They need to be unlocked before you can get one from a random engram, and the above is where they can be unlocked. Every instance listed for Rahool means resetting your rank with Rahool at least 1 time in order to unlock "direct focusing," which lets you select a specific Exotic to decrypt an engram in to. Once it's unlocked, it's free to drop from any Exotic engram, no further focusing required unless you want to do that.
