Redrix’s Estoc is ruining crucible
One gun shouldn’t be this powerful or abundantly used. I genuinely can’t understand why you people make pulses meta EVERY SEASON WITHOUT FAIL. And I understand why exactly, it’s to cater to the lowest common denominator of crucible player that am any see success with any other weapon. They are the easiest to use and the most forgiving. So you make them meta to keep players engaged. Scum

7 RepliesNot easy, fun to use. If it was easy, then everyone would use it. When people get bent out of shape over a gun in a game, it just proves how fun it is. Especially with the new storm keep aspect and Citan ramparts exotic, those redrix bolt charge hits are so damn satisfying.

Played today and some pulses were like laser beams …instant melt ! As soon as a gun has an advantage loads of people jump on it then turns control abit boring . What’s with all the stacks in control from sweaty PvP clans ….jerk circle ? Lol

3 RepliesHonestly I think estoc is fine. Its just a stat monster like the other comp weapons. Did I see it in abundance? Yes. Is it really that bad? Eh.....I mean, good players are good with a paperclip so I don't believe its a truly fair comparison If a gun made a 0.6 an absolute god against 2.0 lobbies. Sure....I guess. But that isn't the case here

No matter what change they make, one or two guns will always outshine the rest. It's fitting to settle on a halo tribute weapon as that one gun to beat. It's always satisfying when I do outgun a good player using one.

I think the range / range + bullet magnetism needs some tuning for sure, but it's super nice being able to have such an accurate hipfire weapon to run with my Fighting Lion at medium range.
