Since the new season of Heresy, the problems with freezing and crashing during the game have returned on PC. It already happened with previous seasons when it was launched and after some updates it stabilized and worked well again but for the moment the problem has returned.
At least once a day in some activity the image freezes or the game crashes. One of the times a marmot error occurred. But even the computer has restarted due to the crash.
With all due respect, I'm not going to repeat the 100 tests I did the last few times thinking it was a computer error when it's something that only happens to me in Destiny 2. In other games, no problems at all and with more graphic requirements than Destiny 2.
As I mentioned in another previous message, I went crazy updating drivers, I did memory tests, CPU tests, graphic card tests, reinstalled the game several times, reinstalled battle eye, verified files, new windows installation, deleted programs in case there were incompatibility problems with some software... NOTHING WORKED.
I don't think it's normal that this type of thing keeps happening and that Bungie's response is "update the drivers" which we already do or simply silence until the problem is lost in time again. It already seriously affects the ability to enjoy the game and I think it should be given the importance it deserves, or at least reflect to its users that it's something that they are aware of that happens and that in some way it is being worked on. Please, I just want to be able to enjoy the game.
I encourage any other user who has the same problems to leave a comment to show that this is not an isolated case.
Thank you.

1 ReplyHi there, If you haven't already, we recommend that you update your graphics card drivers directly from the manufacturer’s website. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date drivers and can help resolve these types of issues. Here are a few more steps to try if the issues continue:
1. Enable "Game Mode" in Windows 10 or, if you already have "Game Mode" enabled, try disabling it. 2. If you use EVGA Precision for overclocking, you may want to disable that since it doesn't play well with Destiny 2. MSI Afterburner might be a good alternative to use. 3. In your Settings, cap your framerate to keep GPU usage below 90% to see if this helps. 4. If you have an NVIDIA graphics cards, see if the card stabilizes using NVIDIA's temporary debug mode. 5. Some players have reported that a mild underclock for GPU clock of around -100MHz and GPU memory around -50MHzz may help with this issue.
