Same. I activated the "Guardian" symbol in the third worm room, and completed the dungeon, and got nothing from the chest at the end. I'd already completed the quest, and got the class item on a different character. My third character is stuck at step 2 because it won't accept the code. I guess the only way to progress that step is to find someone that's at step 2 on their first character, and be in the same fireteam when they pick up the paper, and enter the code Edit: I just ran on my Titan, after completing the quest, and getting the Class Item on my Warlock. My Hunter also has the quest completed now, and didn't get the class item. My Titan, who is stuck on step 2, got the class item from focus chest at the end. I wonder if this is a Hunter thing.
