These 2 seem built for each other in a bounty hunter fantasy. I think it would be cool in PVE if a Lorentz driver Marked Target and an On the Prowl Marked target work for each other. ie killing either mark would proc both effects. As it stands it is a tad confusing since you're not sure which mark will give which effect. I think this could be a cool interaction similar to Necrotic Grips and Osteo Striga, and would make them play really cool together.
