The guy who has been around forever can slap the catalyst on anything...can't tune a scope and refit a barrel or adjust a stock....we need to move gun crafting to banshee...and allow us to use alloys and cyphers to add perks to guns (even at random would be fine by me) and re role perks by the column ...I don't care if it's expensive or gated to a once a week quest...bring some life and love back to the tower and let my man banshee do his job properly....
