Not 100 percent sure if exotic engrams from completing three, six and nine Vanguard ops on each guardian are supposed to drop at our current gear score, but they have been for me recently. If this is working as intended, than the only reason to do any Vanguard Ops is for the Pathfinder rewards, for which I can complete all three times for exotic drops in about six strikes total, This means I won't bother to do all 27 Vanguard ops (nine on each of my three guardians) for the exotic engrams from the Ops. IF Ops Exotic engrams are actually intended to drop at our gear score, that not only slows our progress, but it drastically reduces my playtime, as I no longer have any incentive to complete more than six or seven OPS out of 27. That would be pretty damn stupid on your part, wouldn't it Bungo. And yes, I am well aware you can make better progress in Nightfall, dungeons, and raids, (which I do) but if we are going to be rewarded with exotic engrams for endgame content, than the rewards should allow us to progress. Ops may be the easiest endgame content, but doing 27 of them a week takes time and effort, and our time NEEDS to be rewarded and respected by Bungie.
