Missing Curio of the Nine
After claiming the Curio of the Nine from the week 1 seasonal quests, i put it straight into my vault. Upon completing the week 2 quest for the same item, i claimed it but it didnt appear in my inventory.
I assume that having put the item into my vault, may have caused the game to bug out and not give me the second one.
Looking for any answers as ive tried reaching out to BungieHelp and dmg on twitter with no luck. I dont want to risk missing out on future content because of a bug.

yea same here, lost 2 of mine after putting them into the vault. I haven't claimed the other seasons as I don't want to loose them as well. hoping this is not tied to a quest as i'd hate another reason to want to leave destiny over missing items.
