Hello, i wanted to point out that Khepri's Horn losing it's original functionality when bringing in new changes, is inconsistent with previous exotic enhancements, and doesn't need to reduce previous functionality.
The main one id highlight is Vesper of Radius, a class ability exotic which only has subclass synergy and improvement when the class ability is matching, but retains original functionality otherwise.
There can be a lot of clutter on the game development/technical side of things, but assuming our game engine doesn't have a hard limitation, you can literally just put both the old functionality and new functionality together on the item and just make the switch from one to the other be the super element. Boom, done like that.
I dont want to forsake the time and attention put into the rework, I don't want to do "I should be the Bungie ideas guy! Listen to my ideas!" And say it should have been reworked different. I quite literally, just want to be able to do the exact same thing i was doing with the exotic before. And I think if it's feasible for a developer to at least attempt, that we should try to have our cake and eat it, too.

Edited by Rams: 2/12/2025 12:47:43 AMMe and the two other PvP khepris mains agree with you! Removing the ability to use it on strand is annoying They could have just made it not give sunspots unless you had a solar super on. There, fixed!

1 ReplyYeah, I really hate that I can't use it on Strand anymore. That was the most fun subclass to use it on, because not only did Drengr's Lash synergize really well with it, but you could also get it back really fast because of the Fragment that gives class ability energy when killing suspended enemies.
