With destiny having sudo free to play business model using big name brands for the shop brings in players it attaches popular names and fandoms together for shaired exposer to the benefit of both and i bet the license to use star wars was not cheap and needs to be recomped somehow plus crossbrand deals are good for trafficking in new players to play the destiny free sample in hopes of turning them in to expansion buying regulars....destiny needs new players to survive making such things a unfortunate but necessary evil

I personally wouldn't pay more than 1 dollar for any of these armor sets so i personally dont even look at the store and what it has to offer since their pricing idea and mine are as far off as they can be :) [spoiler]And no, i am not poor. I own skins in cs2 and valorant that could buy a house. I just dont support trash companies that produce minimal effort garbage while trying to min max monetization, meanwhile the core game sucks.[/spoiler]

So u only redownloaded for cosmetics lol talk about waste of money if u didn’t like the game enough to play why would micro transactions change that. If u can’t afford cosmetics don’t buy if u are getting burnt out on the game dont buy. Can’t people see bungie seen the game failing and they are doing anything to keep it alive and they think making skins that are for the most part worldly love in hopes that entice people to come back but what they should do is give good content not crap we have to spend more money on
