Hi,
I play on Xbox (bought the game from MS store), I used cross-save to recover a ton of item's on the vault that I had from the first days of D2 back when I played on PS. After creating a new character I deleted the one from PS.
Now I want to unlink my Sony account but the character I created on Xbox is saying "From your PlayStation account" and on the Xbox account there is none lol I didn't disable cross-save or unlinked the PS account ´cause I have the feeling that my character will get unavailabe on Xbox if I do this.
Also, is there any e-mail or support sistem besides forums for these situations? If there is, Bungie made it very hard to find...
Thanks in advance.

Cross-save lets you pick one account, like PSN, and make it available on other platforms, such as letting you play it on an XBox. You've set it up with PSN as active, so every time you play on XBox, you are now logging into your PSN game profile. Your XBox's own profile is dormant while cross-save is active, it will remain blank. Therefore, yes you are right. Even though you made a character while playing on XBox, it has been made on this Active PSN game profile and belongs to that PSN profile; cancelling cross-save would make everything unavailable on your XBox. Note that cross-save is a form of sharing only, it is not any kind of transfer, nothing you are doing is moving anything 'to' XBox. If you want to keep any of those old items, and the characters, etc, you need to keep cross-save active.
