Destiny Crashes on Startup

Hi, I have been having this issue for a week and have tried almost everything, even reinstalling windows. I launch the game from Steam and the PLAY button turns blue to STOP, then, my screen flashes black and the STOP button turns back to PLAY (green). The BattlEye window pops up and says launching game but nothing... I have reinstalled Windows and have only reinstalled Brave Browser, Ubisoft Connect and Ghost Recon Wildlands and Breakpoint since the reset... Many thanks for any help!! Could you please go through the following steps to try and resolve this issue? 1) Clear your Steam cache by going to Steam>Settings>Downloads>Clear Download Cache. 2) [url=https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335]Verify the integrity of your game files[/url] in the Steam app. 3) If the issue persists, refer to [url=https://www.battleye.com/support/faq/]this FAQ[/url] for further information about BattlEye services, as well as potential issues and solutions for them. If the issue still continues after going through all of the above, then we'd kindly ask if you could send us a DxDiag report for us to look further into the issue. To generate one, please go through these steps: 1) Hold the Windows key on your keyboard. 2) Press the R key to open the Run window. 3) In the pop-up window, type the following: dxdiag 4) Press the Enter key. 5) The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load. 6) If there is a pop-up window asking about digital driver signing, click Yes to proceed. 7) Click the Save all information button. 8) Click the Save button. 9) The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag.txt. 10) Click the Exit button. 11) Copy-paste the text from the Diagnostics section of the dxdiag.txt. file on your response here.
