Attrition orbs
Have they been nerfed ? they barely give any super energy from picking orbs up ,literally millimetres of super energy every time I pick an orb up

It's was always like that because it spawns the small orb

The perk is best used for armor charge, leg mods, and star eaters. Don't think of it as super energy, think of it as fuel for whatever armor mods you are using.

2 RepliesIt’s been this way for the ever a year lol. Small tier orbs have had their effect reduced ever since the switch to damage-focused super regen instead of passive super regen. Bungie dropped the mini-orb effect amount but left big orbs alone. Mini-orbs are now generally for powering armor mods (leg mods and armor charge)

I use attrition orbs to build/retain armour charge. Also works well with mods. I haven't been using it for building up the super bar itself... there's potential better options for that.

Attrition orbs shouldn’t be used as means to regenerate super (although they can) but rather as a way to give armour charge, proc devour, recuperation, battle ready etc.
