Kell's Fall Intrinsic IV No Rewards
Did Kell's fall intrinsic IV; picked up the vase; completed the quest, but didn't get the rewards. Collectible no longer appears on any character; I'm locked out of the fourth intrinsic, the final exotic elixir, and therefore the final fieldwork for the act.
Playing on Steam/PC.

Grab a clip of each location and link to them here if none have pick ups. Intrinsics for previous weapons drop in sequential order regardless of their order claimed - likely the same thing here.
