Revenant Slayer 1 Quest Progress Bugged
I finished the exotic quests mission and I'm currently working on the catalyst. It says to defeat combatants under the effects of a tonic but no progress is being made while under tonics.

Nice of Bungie to tell us that. Not to mention, Eris Morn on the moon is highlighted with the Slayer I quest icon and description, so I assumed I had to do it on the moon. No progress. :( How is the best game ever run by the worst developers ever? It blows my mind how incompetent they've become.
