Additionally, Bungie does not provide information regarding the reasons behind player bans and restrictions. That said, if you believe the ban or restriction placed on your account was unjustified, you can submit an appeal via the Ban/Restriction Appeal Contact Form found on [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction]this page[/url]. Also, if you do submit an appeal, please be aware that there is no guarantee that your restriction will be overturned, nor that you will receive a reply. If you don't hear back within several weeks, you should assume that the restriction/ban will remain in place.

2 RepliesBans (permanent) are for cheating, Restrictions (2 weeks/2 months) are for poor network connections, and Suspensions (30-60 minutes) are for leaving too many matches.
