Target Lock Bug
I got the perfect roll on an Unending Tempest so I upgraded it to fully enhanced only to find out that the Enhanced Target Lock is showing no visual it is activating and damage is normal.
Target Lock is showing on the bottom left that it us indeed activating but it seems like it is not.
What the heck?
I tried this on many other yellow bars etc but same issue there to!?

That said, what exactly seems to be the issue you're experiencing?
