"A Gift in Return" emblems
Are the drop rates for these supposed to be terrible? I see people who have all three of them, but I can't even get one to drop. Half the time I don't even get a gift when delivering cookies, and when I do all I get are enhancement cores.

Yes, it is designed to be a terrible drop. There's a community event to enable increased drop rates and this cannot be achieved until week 3 of the event (and after the point in time where the community meets that week's target). I don't know if we met week 1 and the drop rates are better, or whether it'll all happen week 3 - I've either forgotten, or it wasn't explained in so much detail. I'd say get your guns now and just wait a little longer.

I have two of the three thus far. Hoping the last one drops soon so I can't start focusing gifts on weapons.
