Amateur, Expert, Adept Baker Bugged.
As The same issue has affected me, here's some info gathered.
Here's a list of cookies baked so far.
Gjallerdoodles, Traveller Donut Holes (12), Telementery Tapioca, Eliksni Birdseed, Lavender Ribbon Cookies, infinite Forest Cake, Dark Chocolate Motes, Ill-Fortune Cookies, Strange Cookies, Lavender Ribbon Cookies, Ascendant Oatmeal Cookies, Classic Butter Cookies, Starwort Thins, and Neomun-Pi.
Not yet Cooked
Gentleman's shortbread, Vanilla Blades, Etheric Coldsnapes, Blueberry crumble, bright-dusted snowballs, lucent crush.

It seems like the only bugged quests are the Baker quests, with all others functioning as normal. Quest progress for Bake-stravaganza updates on Cookie bake as opposed to cookie delivery, which is correct. There could be an issue with how the game tracks delivery of cookies, if I could guess it might be related to the other issue impacting the delivery of cookies when starting the quest. At this time I'm not testing spending Dawning spirit as according to Bungo help twitter those might be bugged at this time. I also remember swapping from Warlock to Titan Earlier today, before swapping back to do most of these cookie baking, so there could be some tomfoolery there.
Either way, I hope whoever's reading this is having a good day, and if you're a bungie dev please get some sleep or some coffee.

1 ReplyAlso, from anecdotal evidence the Perfect taste ingredient (this year it is Precision Damage) is either extremely rare or impossible to get. Not only is it overwritten by virtually every other ingredient, (Precision damage weapons give Balanced Flavours, elemental weapons provide respective ingredients) but when using Controlling Vision (Kinetic adaptive sidearm) going through the Sepulcher (throne world) lost sector twice with primarily precision damage returned nothing but Chitin Powder (hive enemies) and Multifaceted Flavour (Multi-kills)

Same. Stuck at 1/** on the three baker quests, but bake stravaganza is progressing normally.
