BUG: Solar Surge does not proc for Foetracer
I have noticed that Foetracer is not working for Solar weapons/abilities on hunter.I have tried on both Solar 3.0 as well as Prismatic w/ Solar Melee / Grenade / Super. Foetracer the helmet, as well as Foetracer on the Exotic class item, will not proc for any solar weapons/abilities. I swapped around and it worked on Prismatic for Void, Stasis, Strand, and Arc. It also works for those 3.0 subclasses with the helmet.
It seems like there is a solar surge bug, because Solar surge is also not working on Mantle of Battle Harmony (Chest or Exotic class item).
The only solar surge I've seen work from exotic armor is Sanguine Alchemy.
Is this a known bug/issue?
