Iron Banner Cheats / Pvp BEWARE!!!

You seriously need to touch matter on pvp and the cheaters that are ruining pvp.
i have done 5 iron banner matches today and capturing zone A and then B alone i was noticing my character taking on solar damage from the zone. When alone there wasnt anyone by me / other players in the distance etc. Just me and the zone and getting killed in a zone that has no one in it other then me. I have lost those matches back to back from this issue. Sus activicity has been happening soooo bad in pvp! Its RUINING the fun!
When the match starts its all normal but when the other team starts losing i start noticing sus activity happening and magically those zones become death for the winning team even trying to capture it.
Im not the only one that had encounter this issue at all.

1 ReplyYeah that was happening to me last night as well. Pretty sure it was a clan. They were net limiting. They were all over the map and it was easy to tell they were also using wall hacks which combined with net limiting are hard cheats as they can literally be in the walls and with Aztecross new video on a person being used as a cheat scapegoat and dude investigating, basically doing the job Bungie should be an entire clan of cheaters was uncovered. Also I'm on console. Never ever believe that cheaters do not exist outside of PC.

2 RepliesOn console lagswitching is rampant. Take videos and report on this website. Forbidden input devices are a bit harder but Microsoft seems keen to ban them. Best to open a support ticket with Microsoft.

4 RepliesI hope they see this because incinerator zones is a good idea for a future IB mode. Capturing a zone could cause your opponents zone to incinerate them and if the game did that maybe more people would cap.

There's A LOT of lag and connection issues in Iron Banner. It makes it really hard to figure out if someone is pulling something. Which is why they do it more often now.

IB has sbmm in it. Trust and believe, no one in your lobbies is cheating. You literally play in the negative kd only kiddie pool. Check your connection, this is probably extreme latency on your part.

This type of cluelessness is why people can't be taken seriously. None of that happened. You just have really, really high latency.

you play on console this type of cheaters are impossible to match ( even on pc is super ultra rare), you probably just lagged super hard for that games

Wtf would anyone want to cheat in iron banner? Plus why would they hack into it just to make the zones “burn” you, why not just give themselves god mode instead 🤣? Dude someone probably threw a lingering grenade on the zone, or lobed a shot from lost signal into the zone. It happens all the time.
