help with no access to my destiny gaming MAIN ACCOUNT AFTER CROSS SAVE BLUNDER!!
So today I loged onto my account it brought me to name change screen that was on my xbox witch is my original account from start so i thought id just turn it of an keep playing on my pc! when realized that I accidentally deactivated the steam one instead of my old xbox one. and i cant play destiny now at all as iv sold my xbox !! Now since I messed up I have to wait 89 days for me to be able to fix the account back to my main .. I understand that this is entirely my fault, however, I believe that 89 days to let me fix this silly error is bit much as il miss 3 months of payed content had only started tomb of elders !! I am now not going to be able to play Season 25 until its well nearly finished? . Is there any way to get around this waiting period that I'm missing or do i just have wait? i just got a mouse and keyboard for frist time ever in 20 years gaming or more and i cant even get a start on the only game i play its making me sad to say the least i have no chars to play on steam .!! Any replies are appreciated! Thanks in advance :-(

2 RepliesHey there, your characters originated on XBox and were being shared to Steam through cross-save. When you cancelled cross-save, the characters were no longer being shared to Steam which is why they've disappeared, there was no way to 'keep' them on Steam while deactivating cross-save. Unfortunately as was mentioned during cross-save setup and again during deactivation, you've agreed to an unskippable 90-day cooldown, which cannot be reduced nor bypassed.
