There are a few reasons to get this gun: 1. You have access to no other rocket sidearms and want one 2. You like having options, illusion of choice blah blah blah 3. You like Iron Banner I’m the third column. Slowing enemies isn’t that hard in today’s game, and if you really need a chill clip special weapon, Riptide (which is focusable at Shaxx for crucible engrams) is a much better option and more accessible.
