Im an average player but you have to be the most outstanding player every game in order to win, every game is a hair puller no one caps zones

8 RepliesGot a question... If you were winning 10 matches in a row, would you be here complaining?
-
Working as intended, I started by winning first 9 games, so someone had to lose ten games.
-
playing a game should never be stressful. You probably need a break from gaming.

2 RepliesWhy do wins matter tho

2 RepliesEdited by Ray92: 11/28/2024 4:20:04 AMHad a similar experience today, played 3-4 games only win was 151-149 rest were slamdunk imbalanced losses. 2 friends kept playing to lose 3 more. They are decent players. Very imbalanced matchmaking. Get stuck with absolute bots as teammates who run in alone, die and respawn and they do this for the entire duration of the game while you have to sweat your balls off to win to compensate for their terrible play. Edit: Oh yeah that’ll be all the matches I play because RNGesus blessed me with the sidearm roll I wanted so Im free to play actual fun games. Complete shitshow this matchmaking, its all slamdunk wins of losses basically

Nothing you can do about that. Play to have fun, play to play well for you, play the objectives but care less about the outcome outside your control.

2 RepliesThis is why I play for KDA in IB and Crucible.
-
4 RepliesDon't worry about wins just try to do good for you, can't control teammates unfortunately.

Me and my Brodie two stacked and we went on a diabolical crime spree. The we mercied the other team half the time. You should try playing in a stack

15 RepliesYes I hate us pve players are forced into PvP to get a good pve gun
-
Haha. Same here. My IB ELO is around 700 and I play this game from Day 1 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
-
See that’s your problem you care about winning, you get rewards and rank points no matter what so who cares. Getting put into a match half over, great less time until rewards, the match is a mercy, even better it’s done faster. If you’re playing banner for a sense of pvp accomplishment you’re playing the wrong game lol If you play just for the rewards or the pinnacles it’s much more enjoyable and not stressful at all.

1 Replymy anxiety of getting into ib nvr been this high 🫠
-
It’s just a game.

2 RepliesTurn. Brain. Off. Shoot. Gun.
-
It’s so fun having to carry the team that’s filled with newlights who play like bots.
-
Damn I can't feel bad because I've lost 18 straight once. Let's just say I had re grind my guns and subclasses again, a week later.

6 RepliesEdited by JazzyPaladin477: 11/28/2024 7:57:30 PMDon’t worry. The 50% win rate algorithm (that bungie says doesn’t exist like perk weighting lolz) will kick in soon and you put on teams with multiple stacks going against solo new lights. Happens every time. I can absolutely guarantee by the end of iron banner you will be at 49% to 51% win rate. You can throw every game and it will still put you there. You were in the “need to loose” matchmaking group, soon you will be in the “really needs wins” matchmaking group.

Yup, that's how it works. After 3/4 of an IB Reset. you might get some winning streaks.
