1 ReplyGame isn't new. It wasn't made in 2024. Point invalid. Also, it's BungLe. Going back and adding a handy feature isn't even remotely inside their sphere of interest.

11 RepliesAuto sprint is a useless feature, especially in Destiny. The game itself isn't designed for you to be sprinting around like Sonic the Hedgehog all the time. (Obviously Arc is supposed to play into that fantasy, but 90% of actual gameplay is spent strafing enemy fire).

Firstly it's a 2017 game 2nd we hear constantly how small quality of life features aren't allowed by the higher ups. Take for example being able to re-customize your character. Multiple devs had asked the higher ups for years and only when the higher ups needed favor with the community did they finally allow the devs to add it.

1 ReplyWe don’t need auto sprint(as in on/off permanently sprinting), we need the analogue thumb stick to make us sprint when it pushed past a certain angle. Like why does Pushing the stick all the way forward only result in a fast walk? We should be running.

Some people seem to be under the impression op is suggesting letting our characters move by themselves... Bruh 🤦♂️ Auto run = remove the need to press in the stick or hit a sprint button. Like Warframe, The Last Descendant, etc. I always thought it felt goofy til I played The Last Descendant. Now it feels goofy not having it lol.

2 RepliesFor me it's a hand stress issue. And it causes controller drift. Bungle won't do anything about it. They haven't fixed their so-called aim assist or allowed meaningful character modification so no way this is even on their to do list.

Controller player here. If I can't get there via shatter/well skate or grapple shenanigans an auto sprint isn't gonna do me any good.
