Increase strange coin cap
With ability to purchase class items it would be ideal to increase cap for these at like 150-200.

I wish the caps for currency didn’t exist. I like to grind stuff out then turn in the currency after my session. Having to stop mid grind to go turn in the currency because it’s capped kinda ruins the grind (especially with how long it takes to load into the tower).

I'm sure if they did that, they'd just increase the price if everything. The purpose of the coins is to keep you farming. Doesn't hurt to ask though.

Again forget increasing the Cap give us back our legendary shards that had no cap which we used at xur and to buy glimmer

5 RepliesHere's a better change: Keep Xur at the tower and have his inventory refresh on Friday. Having a strange coin cap wouldn't remove the issue of waiting almost an entire week just to be able to spend them unless they either removed the cap or increased it so high that it would be nearly impossible to reach under a week unless you no life.

Agreed. However, it does encourage me to stop playing until Xur’s “reset” so I can spend it again

Amongst other reasons people have listed. There’s a reason there’s things like a max cash stack in RuneScape and it’s all about what their engines are built for. With them already sunsetting content I’m not sure how much they can get rid of caps without some backend changes before it affects other areas/loadtimes

also, let us spend them on other vendors between the time when xur is gone and until he arrives again.. hate having 99 for a few days and not being able to spend them

Yeah, and then Bungie will do a Bungie and increase the cost of everything he sells.

If the developers want anything they just use their special build to give it to themselves. They don't need strange coins or any other currency.
