puzzle for the 4th "message collected" of the rogue network quest is not spawning in. while playing with friends who were ahead of me in the quest, i did puzzles 1, 2,3, 5, 6 to get the messages. Puzzle 4, the first on quest step 6 out of 10, does not appear. i have tried: solo instance grabbing an instance of someone who currently is at that step restarting the instance abandoning the quests on all characters. i have guided multiple people through this quest, with puzzles missing seemingly at random.
