Does xur sell this armor set? Like will it show up in his strange loot engrams that have random armor pieces?

Hi Koda, Thank you for reaching out. Xur does sell this armor set occasionally. However, it does not appear in his Strange Loot Engrams. It's also possible to obtain pieces of this set from the Dares of Eternity activity.
