Permanent Hardware playlist is needed
Permanent Hardware playlist is needed. 15% cooldown on prismatic abilities is weak, it should be 15% cooldown on all subclass and 30% on prismatic.
Also Scorch shoudlnt be a thing pvp. Artefacts like we had in D1 could be a solution to counter that kind of thing and more.

also freelance (for control at very least), no 1 hit kill abilities for certain if not hardware, freeze eliminated in any form, map preference (or maps you will not play)
