An Inmost Light + Cyrtarachne Prismatic Hunter build I cooked up
I spent about two months trying to farm for this cloak, with no luck. I came back recently after the Attunement changes to class exotics, and was able to snag my chase roll.
After testing it in GM Nightfalls, Solo Master Lost Sectors, as well as Expert Onslaughts, I'm very happy with how it's been performing, and has since become my go-to setup.
I've put a lot of thought and effort into my Mobalytics page for the build, so I'll leave the build information there. It has pretty in depth breakdowns of all the choices as well as additional weapon options for people to choose from.

I've un a similar build; but use facet of courage instead of balance. With Courage your GPG does more damage cuz everything is tagged up with slow from stasis shurikens. You're not getting the kills with the melee itself in higher level content and you don't need melee energy cuz you have gamblers dodge.

I hear it's a great kit, the last class item I'm hunting for on my Hunter.
