Crucible focusing

So I'm already ranked, I focused engrams last week or the week before. It keeps telling me I need to do placements in order to focus more engrams... This happening for anyone else? Any fixes? I've played several games of comp and still it's grayed out.

Hi there, Thanks for your report. The team is aware of this issue, where some players are unable to engage in focused decoding for certain items with Lord Shaxx, and is looking into it.
