I finished meteoric and set up the helm, but no echoes quest populated. I thought I was missing a step, but after watching countless youtube videos and my friend doing the same quest streamed on discord and they just get the quest line and ability to play breach executable, I have found the problem is not on my end as he has the exact same DLCs. How do I reach out to bungie to help me with this? If no help can be provided, how does one get lost signal/chonophage outside of echoes?
