There is an old bug that has not been fixed for at least 3 months, the perched threadlings on the warlock constantly hit grenade launcher projectiles resulting in you killing yourself, I was told that there was a change to the threadlings hitbox that resulted in this bug, I thing an easy fix is making the threadlings deploy closer to the ground
