Rake Angle does not progress its own kill counter with melee kills from that weapon. Instead, these kills are added to the energy weapon kill counter. Shot kills do progress Rake Angle, not melee kills. However, melee kills are supposed to progress the kill counter for that weapon when it comes to glaives. This is how they have always worked.
