Kinetic slot to become Matter slot?
Many months ago in a TWAB, Bungie mentioned renaming the Kinetic slot since it contains darkness damage now. I noticed that in ability descriptions, darkness damage types are referred to as "matter" while light damage types are "energy." Is our Kinetic slot gonna become the Matter slot at some point?

9 RepliesMy guess is that if Bungie ever releases another Darkness subclass, it will simply replace Kinetic. The Kinetic slot would become the Darkness slot. The Energy slot would become the Light slot. And Heavy would be a mix of all 6 Darkness and Light elements. All Kinetic weapons would be redistributed among the Darkness elements.
