Peacekeepers
Im really enjoying the recent buff to peacekeepers giving smgs a damage buff but i still think it needs a little better to get some use, Maybe some autoloading while holding mechanic similar to actium war rig or maybe some sort of healing boost when using it because in most cases most people would rather be benefited in healing that damage output

Probably the reason why it doesn't is because it grants bonus damage, up to 100% whereas Actium can significantly increase your ammo with the Regen. Though one thing I wish they would've done instead is increase the duration of the buff if you hit a certain number of shots. Just imagine Tarrabah if the buff was still active after you finished reloading with Ravenous Beast still active.
