cannot buy comp weapon
the game is asking me to complet my palcement match even tho I already did them.

Hi there, Thanks for your report, and the helpful video. The team is aware of this issue, where some players are unable to engage in focused decoding for certain items with Lord Shaxx, and is looking into it.

I’m also having this issue. Saw some guys post from like may 10th of this year and it doesn’t look like they’ve fixed it.
