Hi, My name is Kaden and I have been playing destiny for the past 10 years since the release of destiny one recently I joined a lfg For a garden of salvation, final boss, and one of the players insta killed the boss, He was a hacker and I do not associate him with him And I also would not have joined the group if I knew he was a hacker, The reason I’m creating is because I am nervous that my account will face some type of repercussions for joining the group unknowingly. If possible, I’m looking for some clarification and some reassurance on the matter. I also created A report request i game, and on their online service, thank you in advance for any responses

In cases like these, most likely network manipulation/netlimiting rather than a 'hack', it's not necessarily about who was present at the time, it's whether people remained in the activity/remained in that player's fireteam after the fact, to continue to get the benefits from the manipulation. If they are people you've never played with before, and left as soon as you saw something was wrong, I don't see any kind of issue.
