Final Shape plus Annual pass

I logged in last week to try the new vespers host dungeon only to find I needed a dungeon key. I thought it was odd, but maybe I had missed something. However, today, I logged in after the update only to find I do not have access to prismatic anymore and to buy the final shape campaign. I preordered the final shape plus annual pass, so I shouldn't have been required to buy the dungeon key in the first place. My triumph score and achievements still reflect campaign completion along with my guardian rank of exemplar. Last season, the requirement was to do the salvations edge raid to retain it. How does one reach bungies "customer service?" Refund my expense for the dungeon key and fix my access!

    Hey there, this is the right place to ask for help. You've definitely played Salvation's Edge so you should be showing as having Final Shape, but I don't see it. I see you've got two Episode passes rather than three, and you do have the preorder ship and the deluxe edition sparrow. Very strange. Did you have cross-save active at some point? Did you maybe play on a different platform? Is the Final Shape expansion in your PSN purchase history? Is there another purchasing account? Have you tried restoring your licenses? I don't know how to do it, but it's the first thing to try for console DLC issues.

      For restoring access to TFS - first thing to try is [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]restoring licenses[/url] If that doesn't work, when you go to the PS store and check the TFS+Annual Pass page, does it show as owned or does it show a price? If its a price then you need to speak to Sony. If it shows as owned, as long as it isn't owned on a separate account than the one you're playing on fill in the form linked at the bottom of this page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items One thing to also check is that you didn't preorder the standard one after platforms cancelled preorders last year, if you did buy that one then not having the dungeon key is correct. Unfortunately any refunds will need to go through Sony and Bungie wont refund the equivalent silver.
