Garden of Salvation first encounter triumph is bugged
The first encounter triumph for only tethering when you have voltaic overflow does not work currently and leads to the encounter soft locking. Please fix as the title is unachievable right now

Hey, I just found a fix for this. I just flew into the boss to start the encounter. when I say I went into the boss, I went between the boss and the minotaur. I dont know if it works every time, but we got some of my clanmates the triumph this way.

2024-10-24 GMT+7 Just tested this after weekly reset and this bug not yet fixed. Killing the eaten minotaur to start the encounter still causing the boss not to spit at the 2nd gate (which make players unable to open 3rd gate). Players can start encounter by doing tether, but this will invalidate "Voltaic Tether" triumph.

can confirm this triumph is indeed bugged, not an rng/instance issue as for the triumph you need the voltaic overflow to tether the first door but the boss is bugged once you harm the minotaur in any way. bungie will need to fix this
