ice breaker catalyst bugged
ice breaker catalyst won't drop after inputting the code.
i've tried a dozen different methods and at least 10 different runs and it still refuses to drop at all.
unsure what to do, as everyone i've run the dungeon with has got the catalyst as intended.

this quest line and triumph still bugged. that last puzzle will not allow me to enter the second set of four number combination to activate ... its been this way for a while and so frustrating

1 ReplySame here ... Ran it 2x on my hunter... along with my clan mate... neither of us got it. Trying now on a different character.. fingers crossed.

I also just completed it on my Titan. I finished Spiders Quest and all the puzzles afterwards, and nothing dropped from the chest. I changed characters as well, just in case, but nothing, unfortunately.

Can vouch this person has done every step with me including the post quest puzzles AND the major puzzle for the catalyst completion. However she can still not earn the catalyst even after our runs.
