Rouge Network Quest Bugged
2 separate bugs
If complete the puzzle but don't pick up the first message on step 4 and move on, you cannot go back to get it. Message is gone and panels don't spawn if you restart to try again.
If you delete the quest in an attempt to fix this, you can no longer get the quest from either Spider or the Kiosk

Same issue. Died before collecting message 6, so scanner/operator buff gone, panels gone, location of message also gone.

1 ReplyI have this exact issue. Did the Jumping puzzles step 5 and 6 but for some reason forgot to do 4. Going back to heart Room after Doesn't Spaw the Numbers to complete it. I am Stuck as well :(

Same issue, Im stuck at step 4, message 3 panels do not show. Abandoning the quest leads to perma lost to the quest line. I really hope Bungie would fix this soon

Same issue. Except I did collect the message. I’ve gone back to collect the message on multiple characters. It plays the message but does not complete the triumph.
