Bug: Artifact perks all reset after fast traveling, que up for a event, going to orbit, or any way of leaving an instance where you selected the artifact perks. I have attached a video showcasing this bug. This bug has been going on for over a week now. Preventing a lot of gameplay and any event dealing with champions. Please fix this bug, definitely a huge game breaker for anything other than story mode.
