I've tried to complete Encore since the Revenant season started and if you die at the end boss it respawns you in the secret chest area with no ability to use the teleporters. Basically it traps you there and you have no choice but to go to orbit and quit the mission. Also on the final phase of the same boss fight, the teleporter minotaurs that drop the blue teleport items, they teleport to behind the red barrier and won't come back to the middle. I killed them eventually, & was hoping the items would be accessible but they dropped on the platform closest to the perched boss to either side (for me it was on the left side), the platform can disappear if you take the green item back out. So I did that, hoping the blue items would fall off the map and reset the minotaurs. Nope! The items float in the air where the floor of the platform was floating. So I was again forced to quit the mission and go to orbit. I've repeated this mission half a dozen times with the same results. My only hope now is to do it flawlessly to beat it. Hope this helps figure out this bug!
