Legend Title "Disappointment" Triumph not tracking
I have decrypted around 5 or 6 engrams at the cyrptarch (on the screen that pops up while having engrams in your inventory) and the triumph still says I'm at 0/10.
I'm on Pc through Steam if that means anything.

Same issue, stuck on 4/10 and have decrypted exotics and primes to get no progress.

Same here. I have decrypted multiple prime engrams and am still sitting at 0/10 on the “Disappointment” Triumph. Even tried one exotic engram but that didn’t give progress either
