Pathfinder Rewards
Just turned in the Pathfinder page and my Pinnacle/Powerful weapon/armor didn’t drop. Anyone else have this issue?

3rd drop is bugged but the first 2 are fine. Theres a handful of bugged pinnacles but most are dropping.
