I believe i have all Downloaded requirements..
Arcology Vault Shell (Exotic Ghost Shell)
(3) Ascendant Alloy
(4) Ascendant Shard
(1) Exotic Cipher
(7) Upgrade Module
and i have picked up all of the items out of the SPECIAL DELIVERY KIOSK .. but it is not there ...
Am I missing something, perhaps a required item??
