Please Remove The FIRETEAM WIDE Cooldown on Stasis Shard Generation

It's season of Stasis, but wow I did not read into the changes to the Harvest Aspects close enough. >Upon generating 6 Stasis Shards within an X-second window, it causes a [b][i]FIRETEAM WIDE 10 SECOND COOLDOWN ON STASIS SHARDS[/i][/b], as in the [i]entire fireteam[/i] is unable to generate any Stasis Shards via their respective Harvest Aspect. That is severely limiting the output of Shards and requires fireteam members to focus on alternative methods of generation to keep a steady output and to stick near each other to reap the benefits of [i]an entire Aspect[/i]. Even in Onslaught where enemies are plentiful, there are multiple spawn points in a wave, and with the generation limit being so easy to hit from one grenade, one Verglas volley, one shot of Salvation's Grip. You'd screw your teammates out of their Frost Armor and healing if they're off at another spawn. Not to mention running a raid everyone would be royally screwed. Plus if all the ads were Rank-and-File you would only get up to 60% of your melee back from 6 Stasis Shards and would require running Whisper of Hunger to get a full melee charge back (105% refund). That doesn't even mention that the Harvest Aspects cannot be relied on for healing as you'd be at a cap of as low as 60hp every 10 seconds per 6 small Stasis Shards. Please remove the fireteam-wide cooldown, at least in PvE (which we know you can do to avoid that "3 Behemoth Titan rampage" example you gave)
